GENERAL INFORMATION:

Prices in this catalog are valid through Nov. 1, 2010. Please do not order from an older catalog. However, we welcome inquiries about unlisted items especially those from recent catalogs.

We are happy to answer your questions, but cannot serve as your landscape architect!! The best way to reach us is by e-mail as we are rarely available by phone. If you do call, please remember that we are in the Pacific Time Zone. Your east coast 9:00 AM phone calls ring here at 6:00 AM. I am NOT an early morning person!

We are too small to handle credit card orders so please submit a written order and remittance covering the complete order as well as the appropriate shipping charges. PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND SUBMIT THE PROPER PAYMENT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CORRECT CHARGES FOR YOUR AREA. Please don’t make us contact you regarding an insufficient payment, as this will put your order at the bottom of the priority list.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Note that the minimum order is $25.00. Plants are reserved for you based on the date the order is received regardless of shipping preference dates and will be held for you as requested. Shipping dates have been a problem, as we don’t want to ship until the plants are properly hardened off. As this is weather dependent shipments begin in early May at best. Earlier shipments have been successful but are by special arrangement only and are at the customer’s risk.

Plants are state inspected and will be so labeled for shipment. We are certified free from Sudden Oak Death.

Our plants are shipped in their growing medium to reduce stress from transit. We have had many compliments on packing. If damage does occur to your plants during transit, please notify your carrier immediately, and advise us so that we can render assistance. Foliage Gardens guarantees that the plants shipped will be in good health, but cannot guarantee their growth in your garden or home where we have no control.

Orders are subject to stock on hand. Please list acceptable substitutes or check your preference for extra plants, credit memo or refund. We have used the United States Postal Service Priority Mail system successfully since 1997. Therefore all of our shipments are sent Priority Mail and insured. The service and speed of delivery have been extremely reliable.

CHARGES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

WA &OR ( north of Salem) - $15.00 or 20% whichever is greater.

AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, SOUTHERN OR, UT, CO, WY - $18.00 or 35% whichever is greater. 33% for orders over $100.00

ALL OTHER AREAS - $21.00 or 38% whichever is greater. 35% for orders over $100.00.

We don’t set postal rates and believe me we don’t make money on shipping!!
